DAMAGE AND ADDITIONAL EXPENSE POLICY: The deposit is fully refundable, less any damages or additional expenses, upon conclusion of your stay. In the event of damage or other expenses, The Inn at Hill Crest Manor will present you with an invoice detailing any deductions from the deposit. CANCELLATION POLICY: If rental is cancelled 30 days or more in advance, the deposit is fully refundable, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. If rental is cancelled less than 30 but more than 7 days in advance, 50% of the deposit is refundable. The deposit is not refundable for cancellations less than 7 days in advance, unless The Inn is able to book another rental for the cancellation period.
he Inn at Hill Crest Manor can be your own private vacation mansion for $500.00 per night, with a three-night minimum, for groups of up to 12 people. (For groups larger than 12 people, contact Reservations@INNatHillCrestManor.com.)
Rental includes the exclusive use of all 5 guest bedrooms, the library/media lounge, eat-in kitchen and 8-person hot tub. For large groups, a formal dining room is available. The grand parlor and winter porch are available for events for an additional charge. (The commercial kitchen is not currently available to guests.)
The Inn at Hill Crest Manor requires a deposit of $750.00 in order to confirm your reservation. Please note that this payment is a deposit only. Deposit payments can be made online by credit card via PayPal (even if you do not have a PayPal account). Rental payments may be made online via PayPal, or by cash or check in person upon arrival.
